Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if a competition is cancelled before the draw date. In such cases, all participants will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Participants will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Once a competition has been drawn, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy applies even if you did not win.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the competition draw date.

Competitii reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
